Noel Grover, Founder and President
Noel is responsible for VoiceIt Technologies' overall direction. With over eighteen years
of information technology experience, Noel brings an astute knowledge of the emerging
technologies in the speech recognition field and how they apply to current issues such
as security, navigation, portability, and reliability. His passion for excellence, and
commitment to the industry as a whole, brings a strong leadership quality to the
VoiceIt Technologies team.
Noel was also the founder and CTO of Pocket Technologies, Inc., a software company
that specialized in development tools for the PalmOS.

John Wicka, Vice President of Business Development
John assists in the development of long-term corporate strategy, overseeing large-scale partnerships with
OEMs and other market movers. John Wicka, is a Sales Executive and part owner of IWCO Direct, a leading Direct
Mailer in the United States. John has been an integral part of taking the company from 82 million dollars in
sales in 2002 to 265 million dollars in sales in 2006. Majority ownership of IWCO Direct was sold to
Citibank Venture Capital in 2005, but John was asked to remain on as a sales leader and partner.
Previously, John has been involved as a shareholder and in management of many small and medium sized businesses,
most recently as CEO of Great Northern Technologies LLC, an intellectual property holding company.
John graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Individualized Studies degree in 1989,
with an emphasis in Business Management.

Mike Pappas, Vice President of Enterprise Relationships
Mike is responsible for VoiceIt Technologies' development of corporate and enterprise
relationships. He brings a successful history of relationship, marketing, print
advertising, logistics, and event management.
Prior to VoiceIt, Mike was co-founder and former CEO of FAIRx Pharmaceuticals Inc, DBA FairCareRx
and past CEO of Pocket Technologies Inc., a software tools development company that made development
tools for the PalmOS operating system developer's market. Pocket Technologies Inc. was sold in June of 2003.
Mike has over 26 years of management, sales, and marketing experience and has served as Vice President
for Miller-Pappas Ventures, Inc., a holding company with investment/management interests in medical
product distribution, software management, and manufacturing of technology-based products.
As an authorized 3M medical distributor, Mike spearheaded the formation of MedMex International-Mexico City.
